![]() ![]() Henry Percy's Battle is very heavy with his personal Livery as it would appear that the subordinate commanders with him were not of any great rank (mostly barons and one pretend Baron) so its likely they wouldn't of had the authority to wear their own. In the opening battle of England’s War of the Roses, the Yorkists defeat King Henry VI’s Lancastrian forces at St. I have also added personalities to each of the retinues that i have done so far, mounted and foot for Battle commanders and just foot for subordinate.Īll of the battles of the Lancastrian and Yorkist forces are now complete. Heavy Cavalry now added to the main battle commanders, I didn't add them to the subordinate commanders as heavy cavalry charges were rare in the Wars of the Roses and likely any heavy cavalry that were there would of been amalgamated with a battle commander. My current goal is to provide the Retinues of all of the major commanders present at the battle of Towton and then move onto the lesser lords. This is a work in progress for the armies of the wars of the Roses.
